Regional Sales Director
Elite Compliance Group, Inc. is currently seeking regional sales directors to manage sales of its suite of software products and services in a defined geographic area and to establish effective communications with appropriate executives and managers in prospect companies and existing customers to ensure proper sensitivity to customer and prospect needs. The successful candidate will have at least five years of software sales experience, particularly in the area of software asset management technology. The position reports to the Senior Vice-President of Sales. Compensation is a combination of base and a no-cap commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and provides quarterly results assessments.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all of Elite Compliance Group’s products.
- Develops third party sales channels and manages the growth of channel sales.
- Coordinates proper company resources to close sales.
- Develops pro-active competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
- Manages expenses at a reasonable level.
- Provides insight into business and financial issues relevant to sales contract negotiations.
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts through the head of sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least five years experience selling enterprise software, preferably in the IT asset management space.
- Hands-on experience in closing software sales with high average value sales.
- Experience in responding to complex Requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Extensive list of cross-industry contacts.
Software Development Engineer
Elite Compliance Group, Inc. is currently seeking software development engineers with experience in the following technologies: SQL, OOA/OOD, Java, J2EE, J2SE, EJB, JSP, JDBC, JSTL, and HTML/XML. The successful candidate will have at least three years of object-oriented software development experience using Java and related technologies. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in architecture and design of enhanced feature set.
- Code, unit test, and document implementation.
- Follow defined processes and procedures to produce reliable, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to our coding and architectural standards.
- Work with technical support engineers to resolve customer issues.
- Investigate technical feasibility of new technologies as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Three years of experience as a software development engineer.
- Strong knowledge of various SQL implementations.
- Good organization and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities in a fast paced environment.

Technical Support Engineer
Elite Compliance Group, Inc. is currently seeking technical support engineers to provide telephone and onsite support to our customers using our web based database and reporting application. The position is located in Dallas, Texas but requires some travel within the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who can work independently and have exceptional verbal communication skills dealing with customers.
